The WNSMK relies on a body of around 900 volunteers over the season. Could you join us?

What can I do?

Every day through the winter season we require teams of volunteers at our reception café and our accommodation venues. There are many different roles, both interacting with our guests and supporting behind the scenes.

  • Cooking
  • Supporting our welfare team
  • Greeting and chatting
  • Serving food
  • Laundry
  • Listening
  • Washing up
  • Making cups of tea
  • Eating together
  • Packing up
  • Making beds
  • Meal planning
  • Overnight supervision
  • Driving

Meals are catered for both volunteers and guests, and dinners/breakfasts are shared together.

Night owls and early risers are always especially needed.
